Something new with M S Access Database

New version of Microsoft Access Database will find it easy to share information through Microsoft Share Point Services. Share Point makes it easy to share information with other team members, using the power of both applications to easily access and edit real time data through a Web interface.

Microsoft Access Software also makes it easy and convenient to move data to Windows Share Point Services for easier manageability. The movement of data to Share Point Services makes it easy to routinely backup data on the server.

You can determine the NT name of users logged into an Access database and thereby restrict which users can do what. But this method isn’t foolproof, and it doesn’t truly authenticate users. Web interface can use Integrated Windows Security to authenticate user credentials to individual web pages.
